We respond within one to two standard business days.
Sending a water report? Attach it to an email and include your water source (private well or municipal), any symptoms you’ve noticed — staining, odor, scale, cloudiness — and whether you have existing treatment equipment. That’s enough for a useful answer.
We can’t diagnose water without data, and we won’t guess. If you haven’t tested yet, say so and we’ll tell you which test to start with.
